Free Estimates
- If you have a glass claim and you carry comprehensive coverage on your vehicle,
gathering estimates is a waste of your time. Your insurance company has already
determined what to pay for glass services in advance. If you don't have
comprehensive coverage or you have a high deductible, we encourage you to stop by
and pick up a free estimate in person and in writing. This will eliminate the
possibility of an error in quoting and help combat some of the bait and switch
practices which occasionally take place during phone quotations in our industry.

Glass losses fall under the comprehensive coverage portion of your Auto Insurance
Policy. These types of claims, unlike collision claims, DO NOT AFFECT YOUR PREMIUM
RATING.
Premier Auto Glass is set up to bill insurance companies directly for your glass
claim. It is Oregon Law that you have the right to have your vehicle repaired at
the repair facility of your choice.
For over a decade we have
established an excellent working relationship with the insurance industry. In
most cases we have negotiated contracts with your insurance company which
spell out Price, Quality, Services and Billing Procedures up front. By law as
an insured, you have the right to choose a glass shop of your own choice. The
insurance company can not direct you or influence you to go to a particular
repair facility as a condition for payment.

choice, you can call us and we will handle the paperwork and all of the
billing details for you.
